Dr. Sherry Weaver
Dr. Sherry Weaver is a native Georgian. She worked her way through veterinary school at the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech by working in clinics around Atlanta. In 1992 she graduated from the University of Georgia of Veterinary Medicine where she was inducted into the Phi Zeta honor society. After graduation, Dr. Weaver moved to Woodstock to join a practice as an associate. In 2000, feeling the need to spread her medical wings, Dr. Weaver opened our practice in the community she now called home.
In 2004 she moved her growing staff to the new state of the art hospital she built. Her ongoing goals include current continuing education of her entire staff to keep raising the medical bar for your pets' health care and expanding our services and hours to better serve our clients. It's a labor of love.
When Dr. Weaver is not obsessively providing top quality veterinary care she is "mom" to her son Kai and 2 newly adopted babies Adian and Zoey. Dr. Weaver enjoys volunteering at her son's and other local schools, tending her extensive Bonsai gardens, and boating on Lake Allatoona.
