Digital Radiology

Diagnostic x-ray or radiography has been used in veterinary medicine for nearly as long as it has been in human medicine. With new technology and our new digital equipment we can get better images, faster with no need for film and a dark room.  This enables us to get "instant" images of bones, joints and internal organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and spleen can be surveyed immediately. Digital X-ray imaging is painless and rarely requires anesthesia. Common specific uses in our practice include:
