Helping  Our Community

Our staff believes that giving back to the community is important.  The doctors at our hospital routinely offer their time on weekends supporting the Cherokee County Shelter's Spay and Neuter programs. Dr. Weaver supports the local area schools by participating in programs and enjoys working with  elementary and high school students helping teach pet care wellness plans.   We open our hospital several times a year for in-house presentations supporting scout groups and field trips of local students. With the inception of Don's Orphans in 2000, Dr Weaver has personally spent tens of thousands of dollars caring for stray animals that have found our door over the past years, including Katrina survivors and abused animals.
